Listing Term and Renewal
All paid WebPointer Directory listings run for a period of
one year from the date that your entry becomes visible
within the directory.
Renewal reminders will be sent by email shortly before
expiration.
If you choose not to renew your listing it will be removed
after a short grace period.
Right To Cancel
Advertising with WebPointer incurs no set up fee and you can
cancel your entry at any time only paying for the period
that you have been with us.
Category Suggestions
Where customer category suggestions are deemed too similar
to existing categories or too specialised to be warranted,
WebPointer will place businesses in alternative relevant
categories.
The customer will be able to contact WebPointer to suggest
another suitable category if they are unhappy with this
alternative.
Listing Content
WebPointer reviews all submitted content and may make
adjustments to correct poor grammar, typing errors,
formatting, spellings etc.
Capitalised text will be lowered where necessary to fit
within existing house style.
We reserve the right to withhold any content that we believe
to be offensive or unsuitable for our directory.
Text of listings may not include additional hyperlinks,
website URLs, email address or telephone numbers other than
where your entry permits or request this.

Please remember our guidelines to ensure a high quality UK

UK Business websites only
English language sites only
No adult or gambling sites
No sites containing offensive language or material
No sites with holding pages or under construction
No gateway, divert or pure links sites
We reserve the right to refuse any application without
explanation.

We will not knowingly list any website or company involved
in any form of pornography or criminal activity.
WebPointer reviews only the websites of our listed
businesses to ensure that as far as possible, that
businesses are legitimate and that websites are inoffensive.
WebPointer cannot be held responsible for any form of issue
resulting from the content of the websites listed or from
the conduct of their associated business.
Privacy
With exception of the details our customers wish to display
in their WebPointer Internet listing, we do not sell or pass
on any details of our customers to other parties unless
legally bound to do so.
All transactions made through our payment gateway are
processed using 128bit secure encryption.
