1. We promise to despatch at least part of your label order to you within three working days by first class post or air mail. (If 1st class post is impractical, a 24 hour carrier will be used). If we don't, we will supply your labels at half price.
2. We promise to print your labels as per your instructions whenever the instructions are clear and practical to follow.
If we don't, we will reprint free of charge.
3. We promise that if you make a mistake on the printing instructions on your order, we will reprint the labels at 70% of the original label cost. In this case, we have to agree that there was a mistake on the order, and that a customer is not simply attempting to get similar labels at a lesser price. This offer is open only for orders of up to £100.00.
